This is a great place to hang with friends. It’s casual and vibrant with hunger pangs setting in quickly after a few speciality beers. Luckily the menu takes care of those – choose from cold tapas such as slices of Italian salami, hot tapas like peri-peri chicken in rich tomato sauce, or grab a few pulled pork spring rolls. You could share a focaccia with gorgonzola and caramelised onion, or share the delicious fillet, sundried tomato and caramelised onion pizza with fresh basil.
If you’re really hungry, go for the fillet with creamy brinjal, mozzarella and the fresh tang of gremolata. The burgers are great, too. A favourite is the beef burger with caramelised onions and blue cheese, served with rustic hand-cut chips. You can’t go wrong with one of their pot pies and a small salad.
Keep space for the Belgian waffles, served with dark chocolate stout ice cream and Nutella!
